My Profile gives 404 page

My profile gives 404 page.. the url is
xxx/index.php/en/my-profile

Where is that link ?
On the user control panel ?
In that case, you need to enter the id of a menu item of the type user profile (that you can create via the Joomla menu manager) and enter that id in the option of the HikaShop User Account plugin that you can edit via the Joomla plugins manager.
