Obtain Billing Address in Next Step

Good evening!

Please could you help provide the php code to retrieve the billing address during the Terms and Conditions layout (which is the next step following from the Address layout) during the checkout process?

If the Terms and Conditions layout and the Address layout are in the same step, I can use $this->addresses to retrieve the addresses. However if these layouts are in different steps, $this->addresses resolves to null.

A solution can be to directly save your address information on the cache and then use it where you want it.
