Imposible to upgrade to business 2.5

-- HikaShop version -- : HikaShop Business: 2.4.0
-- Joomla version -- : 3.4.3

I've tried several times to update my hikashop business to version 2.5, but I keep not being able to.

It starts the instalation and suddenly jumps to a blank page with this adress:

www.xxxxxxxxx.com/shop/administrator/ind...staller&view=install

Any idea why this is happening?

Hi,

This means that your web server doesn't have enough resources to process the update, probably due to the restrictions in memory or execution time which are too low.
As simple way to solve that is to contact your hosting company so that they can increase these.
Otherwise, you can circumvent them by download the install package on our website and installing with the "install by FTP" method we describe:
