ACL on Pricing

-- HikaShop version -- : 5.2.0
-- Joomla version -- : 3.4.3
-- PHP version -- : 5.4.30

Can you point me towards a tutorial on setting up the ACL for pricing?

All i want to do is have retail pricing for the general public & wholesale pricing (for that specific group) on products, This is what I have been doing but it does not work for me

1. in User Manager: User Groups create a group called Wholesale (parent group is public)
2. in User Manager: Viewing Access Levels create a level called Wholesale and assign user group wholesale to it
3. Go to HikaShop > Product > Pricing & Taxes > and add a 2nd pricing level then un-tick everything but the user group 'wholesale'
4. in the 1st pricing (general public) un-tick just the wholesale user group
5. go to site front and login as user (who is assigned to the wholesale group only)
6. view product and all i see for the price is 'FREE'

Can you please tell me where I am going wrong.

That sounds correct to me.
Try to download the install package of HikaShop again via the menu My account>My subscriptions on our website and install it on yours. We've added a patch to the setup of ACLs a few days ago which might fix the situation once you reconfigure the ACL settings of your product:
