we have this messages after update and some notices with the UPS and USPS plugin.

Hi,

This is not linked to the update.
These errors comes from the country selected for either the origin address or the destination address.
It is set to "Antartica" (with the 2 letters code AQ) which is not in the list of the countries where USPS can ship to.

Please try with a real address.
