Dipslay of the Custom Fields on Products

Hi,

The options to where the custom fields get applied are currently:

Categories

Including Sub Categoires

Products

However, it seems we can't use both categories and products?

We have a situation where only a few products that aren't in a master category need a custom field. We added the master category to the categories filter and then added the odd products to the Product filter - however, it sems it only then display on the selected products and not the master category?

Hi,

Yes, both options are made for you to restrict the display of the custom field to what you select in them.
If you enter products, then the custom field will only display for these products.
If you enter categories, then the custom field will only display for the products of these categories.
If you enter both, then the custom field will only display for these products.
