Double tab title when custom field

Hi.

I've created a custom field called CODIGO ALPHA. The custom field appears perfectly under the tab "especificaciones" (specifications), but the problem is that before the custom field, it appears again "especificaciones" (as picture attached).

Is there any way to delete this "especificaciones"?
