issue on PHP 5.4.45?

After investigating we came up with the question.
Is there an issue with HikaShop on PHP 5.4.45?
When we set the joomla config to url rewrite it double the url.
Which return a unknown url

No, I don't think that the problem is with PHP 5.4.45 itself. But it's probably related to how the server is setup because this happens only on a small proportion of websites, and that the settings I recommended you to change are linked to how the server is configured.

Is there any change to look into it?

I'm not a server administrator so I don't really know what would have to be changed to change the way the $_SERVER variable is initialized by PHP.
