Publish/Unpublish Shipping Options Automatically was created by MyWorld

I created a "Free Shipping" option. I was hoping to be able to set it to automatically publish and automatically stop publishing but I don't see an option for that.

I assume this option is not available and it has to be done manually?

Thank you!
