"Weiterlesen..." - Button in Produktbeschreibung

Ich habe bei einem Produkt eine ausführliche Beschreibung.
Nach ca. 2 Sätzen das "Weiterlesen" im Editor eingefügt.

Im Frontend wird der "Weiterlesen ..." Button jedoch nicht angezeigt.

Wie kann ich diesen anzeigen lassen, sofern er im Text vorhanden ist ?

Could you explain through screenshot your situation ?
I am not sure to understand correctly what you are talking about.

Hi,

By default there is no readmore button, the readmore feature only allow to shorten the description for the listings in order to have a better display.

But you can edit the view "product / listing_table" (or another one based on the one used) and add html code right after the description part to add a "read more" button.

The code can be something like:
