Hi,

I have purchased both Hikamarket multivendor and Hikashop Business. On attempting to update I get the messages indicating there is no license attached to my site.

Please can you guide me where to find my licenses and how do I attach them to my site.

Thanks
Ian

Hi,

You can do that in the "my subscriptions" page :
www.hikashop.com/my-account/your-subscriptions.html

Regards,

Hi,
That page provides me the downloads for my purchases.
Please guide me where to find the license and how to attach it to my website?

Many thanks
Ian

Hi,

On that page, there is an input field where you can enter the URL of your website:
take.ms/AVEyn
Enter your website URL there and click on the SAVE button at the top and you'll have attached your website to your subscription.
Then, don't forget to purge Joomla updater's cache on your website or you will still get the error.
