Error when I set the Hikashop as default homepage

What do you mean by "setting HikaShop as hompage" ?
Do you mean that you creating a menu item with a type from one of the HikaShop menu item types ? Which one did you choose ? Could you provide screenshots of the settings of your menu item ?

I think the fault was caused by multi-domain component which is Virtualdomains. This component was old and couldn't compatible with joomla 3.6.2.

Hikashop is OK, Sobipro should be OK also.

There is no reason a category listing menu item would create that error as a main menu.
So yes, it probably comes from a 3rd party extension.
Try disabling the extension in the Joomla extension manager and see if that helps.
