Shipping County & Country - shopper cannot select

On the front-end the shopper cannot search or select a list of states (Counties).

Do you have any suggestions as to where I have made a wrong setting for this?

State (County) works in preview, but not the front-end.

It looks like a display issue. Maybe from your template ? Maybe switching the "use chosen library" setting of the Display tab of the HikaShop configuration might help ?
Otherwise, could you provide a link to the shop so that we could have a closer look at the issue ?

Yes, switching that field off allows the fields to work correctly.
