I just wanted to check the phrase in the chagelog page:

We advise you to update HikaShop each month to enjoy the latest version.

Is this still true? Are the packages (business, market, ... ) updated even if the version number does not change?

If you don't have any issues, with what you're using, then it won't make a difference.
If you have issues, you can try updating again, even if the version number doesn't change as we regularily add patches to fix issues reported by users (which are then listed in the change log of the next version).
