how to add URi scheme to custom fields and fields?

I'm sorry but I don't understand what you're talking about.
URI scheme allow to specify some information for resources like images: en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Data_URI_scheme
The custom fields are input fields, not resources, so it's not linked.
And input fields can't launch programs, nor can URI scheme.

if want the telephone number, email and others to be clickable. When launched the appropriate program will be called.
