Hikashop Categories Listing page blank?

-- HikaShop version -- : 2.6.4
-- Joomla version -- : 3.4.7
-- PHP version -- : 5.6.28
-- Error-message(debug-mod must be tuned on) -- : no error, just blank

Hi,

I updated from hikashop business 2.5.0 to 2.6.4. After saving a menu item type 'HikaShop » category' the page went blank! all products are gone.

When I change the menu item to 'HikaShop » product' I do see the product, so the products are still there.

About the url, i believe I did provide you with that? Please check the field "Url of the page with the problem"

Should you need more printscreens or login please don't hesitate to ask.

So after saving an already existing menu items, without changing anyting, the corresponding page stopped showing the products.

Hi,

Based on your screenshots, the link should display a list of all the products of the category "test" or its sub categories.
Do you have an products associated with that category ?
If you do, then the issue likely comes from the file templates/YOUR_TEMPLATE/html/com_hikashop/category/listing.php
So in that case, try renaming that file and try again.

If the latest version of the template has that issue fixed then yes. This is because file is based on a really old version of the correponding view file in HikaShop.
