Hi.
I'm having a problem with my checkout process. At the final stage, after the customer has selected payment type (final part of the workflow) they need to push the finish button twice before the order is created. This causes confusion and uncertainty.
Can you please explain what I need to do to prevent this happening.
Thanks.

I've sent log-in credentials via PM. I know this might have something to do with the shipping / payment auto submit options so don't mind if these need to change. Thanks.

Hi,
Make sure that the "auto submit shipping and payment selection" setting is turned on in the HikaShop configuration and that should prevent that.
Also, you can update to the latest version and use the new checkout system of HikaShop which doesn't have these refresh data issues as it is completely AJAX and much more user friendly.
Beware though that the update is a big step so it requires proper testing on a copy of your website before doing it.
