Acymailng conflicts with hikashop

Hello,

i have a shop with about 450.000 products, i installed acymailing recently and as soon as i click "preview/send" the page crashes to this:



This happens only at this site, i have tried everything even tried a fresh install with another template, i imported all products and install again acymailing and same thing happened again, so i asume it has something to do with hikashop.

If you have any idea please help!

We do have HikaShop and AcyMailing on the same website on several test websites and even on our own website and we don't have that error.

But that error is apparently on an AcyMailing page, so you should first contact them.
From what I can see it comes from the call of JComponentHelper::filterText in AcyMailing's code. But I don't see why that function from Joomla would create that error. They'll probably have to do some debugging on your website.

Would it be possibly the reson of 405000 rows in product column? Because without these rows it works. And I disabled the plugin. But again with the plugin disabled it does the same

It could yes. Turn off the HikaShop AcyMailing plugin and the AcyMailing HikaShop plugin in order to deactivate the integration between both and you'll see.
