Try clicking on the "rebuild" button of the Joomla menu manager and then install the install package of the 3.0.1 once more.

Hi,
We found the issue and fixed it. It comes from a change in the way the menus are handled in the backend in Joomla 3.7 and it only happens if you install/update HikaShop after updating to Joomla 3.7.
Download the install package on our website and install it on yours and you'll get back the menu items in the backend.
