Unknown column 'order_serial_params'

When a user buyes a product I get that error at /checkout.html?ctrl=checkout&task=confirm&cart_id=3. How can I solve that?

This error must happen because you're missing the order_serial_params column in the table hikashop_order. That column is added automatically to HikaShop when you install HikaSerial on the website.
So it could happen if you had migrated tables in the database without install again HikaSerial afterwards.
The solution will be to install HikaSerial on the website again. That will add the missing column and you won't get that error anymore.
