When payment is successful, order status Confirmed was created by renem

Is it possible after an payment is successfully the order status changed to confirmed or paid?

Hi,

Most payment plugins support that yes.
For example, with PayPal, it's the case by default, unless you have a problem in the way the website/server is configured:
