Collect measures during ordering

We want to collect measures during ordering a product on this page:

www.pianoselect.nl/webshop/diversen/prod...hoes-op-maat-gemaakt

The customer can add the measures, but the aren't stored in the database and not mentioned on order e-mails. What's going wrong?

Hi,

Check that the display settings of the custom fields are correct.
Also, try updating your HikaShop.
If these don't help, please provide a screenshot of the settings of your custom field.
