Change Image ALT

May I know how to edit this Image ALT? Thank you so much.

There is no such text in HikaShop.
There is a delete button with that image for the cart but the text in the ALT is "Empty the cart" by default in English, unless you already changed it. And as always with the interface of HikaShop, you can use a translation override in order to change that text:
