Need help ASAP

As the message explains, the plugin "HikaShop user synchronization" has been unpublished (or removed) and you have to re-publish it (via Joomla plugin manager) or re-install it (by just updating/installing HikaShop package).

I have searched in the joomla plugin`s for the (HikaShop user synchronization) and i can not find it i have reinstalled the program twice and it is still not there can you help me out please...

Hi,

HikaShop installs it automatically and activates it automatically each time you install the HikaShop install package.
So if you don't see it, it means that HikaShop wasn't able to install it, probably because the permissions of the folder plugins/system/ or plugins/system/hikashopuser/ don't allow HikaShop/Joomla/your website to write files and/or folders there.
Please fix the permissions and install again HikaShop and it will add it.
