Hi,

I updated a new domain to PHP 7.1

After that, I migrated a website from an old domain to the new domein.

After using Akeeba to extract, i receive this error in the hikashop front-end:
1064 - You have an error in your SQL syntax; check the manual that corresponds to your MariaDB server version for the right syntax to use near ') AND a.category_published=1 ORDER BY a.category_ordering ASC' at line 1

I know i'm using an older version of Hikashop. I'm willing to upgrade (just waiting for the order to be confirmed), but will upgrading solve the problem?
Is it just a PHP problem?

After turning filters off, de website works fine.

HikaShop 2.3.4 is not compatible with Joomla 3.8.4 nor with PHP 7.1
So it's already a miracle that you only have that error.
Updating will be necessary, and should indeed also fix that error.

Hi,

It means that you have two "helpful" entry for the same vote coming from the same IP address.
The "check database" button tries to add a condition on the hikashop_vote_user table so that this can't happen in the future but for that to be possible, it requires that there isn't some cases already in that table.
If you empty that table, it will clear all the "helpful" votes (you you can manually delete the doublons) and it will be able to add the condition.

But it's nothing to worry about.
