Standard characteritics name not directly displayed

We want the default characteric-name is immediataly displayed after opening the product.
Now you have to click on a characteristic before it's displayed.

Hi,

You're talking about the variant name, not the characteristic name.

To do that, you can edit the file "show_default" via the menu Display>Views and change the line:
if(hikashop_getCID('product_id') != $this->element->product_id && isset($this->element->main->product_name))
to:
if(false)
