Hi,
You can use your phpmyadmin to export/import the hikashop_* tables from/to your database.
Then, you can also copy the folders media/com_hikashop/ and images/com_hikashop from your old website to your new one via FTP.
Finally, install HikaShop on you new website and it should do it.
If you have user accounts that you want to keep, you'll first want to migrate your Joomla user accounts with a Joomla extension:
