logos in email gone

Hi,
is it possible an upgrade removed my logos from the email ?

If so, how can i get them back ?

Hi,

If you added the logo directly in the PHP files of the email and not through the interface in System>Emails then yes, it's possible the update removed your changes as the update process will replace all the core files of HikaShop.
However, if you go through the System>Emails for your changes, then they are saved as overrides and these override files are not touched by the update process.
If you lost the changes because you placed them in the core files of HikaShop, then you can't get them back. You can only if you had done backup of the website files previously to the update.
