Customer feedback on initial order was created by LukeDouglas
-- HikaShop version -- : 3.4.0
-- Joomla version -- : 3.8.7
-- PHP version -- : 7.2.5
-- Browser(s) name and version -- : Chrome/FF/Edge - all updated
-- Error-message(debug-mod must be tuned on) -- : No error message
Is there a way to have a custom dropdown (preferred) or text input on an initial order that asks how the customer found out about the website / company or product?

Hi,
Sure. You can create a custom field for that via the menu Display>Custom fields. For example, a custom field of the table "user" will appear on the registration form and thus the customer will only see it when he registers for his first order.

Nicolas,
I have looked at this and it is mostly what the client wants. However, they wanted to get several questions answered from a drop-down but they also wanted the user to enter the name of the referring attorney. Is it possible to have two different types in the same custom field?

Hello,
Yes you can have several custom fields of the same type, you have just to create another custom field.
