Cart (Administration) shows hundreds of records with no registration

Hikashop -> Customers -> Cart

When opening it, we find hundreds of records in there that say they have no registration. Our website receives some traffic throughout the day but never as much.

Upon investigating we find that they seem to be triggered from the same IP addresses ...

What is happening here?

You can use such service to search for IP addresses:
www.abuseipdb.com/check/141.226.243.109
You can see that it's listed as scanning for exploits.
So you can ignore it, or ban it with your server firewall or a website extension firewall.
The carts are deleted automatically after some time so unless you reach hundred of thousands of carts in your database, you can just ignore them.
