Hikashop -> Select an image -> shows blank screen

When editing a product we would like to access a different image that already exists.

So when click to select an image, the pop up window opens but the screen is blank.

Can you check that you have "vex" selected as the "popup mode" setting of the HikaShop configuration ?
Also, if that doesn't help, could you chek the console of your browser while you open the popup to see if you have any javascript error on the page ? If so, please provide the error information.

I am getting the following errors:

I have copied the latest .htaccess file onto the server and now I can open the window to add images.

Hi,

This is a memory_limit restriction. You should ask your hosting to increase it for your website. 32M is quite low and with big images to process for the thumbnails, it can easily reach that limit.

I have increased the memory_limit to 128MB and now it works. Thank you.
