Shipping Minimum & Maximum price not detect properly.

-- HikaShop version -- : business 3.4
-- Joomla version -- : joomla 3.8

Hi, i would like to create a shipping rule as below

RM1 - 89.9 = RM10 Shipping Fes
RM90 and above = Free,

But when i do testing, even the total price above RM 90 edi the still show shipping rate of RM1 to 89.9

is there any setting that i missed?

This is often because you have the "include virtual products price" setting deactivated in your shipping methods and you didn't set a weight in your products. Because of that, the products are considered virtual, and thus excluded from the price restriction checks of your shipping methods.
