emails sent based on product

Hello,
Is it possible to send an email to one department verses another, based on the products a customer buys?
If customer A buys product X, I would like an email to go to Department X, informing them of the purchase, and not just the site administrator.

Hi,

With just HikaShop, that would require some custom development in the email's code to know what to do when based on the products in the order. It's possible if you're a developer.
However, if you also use HikaMarket mutlivendor, you can have one vendor per department and assign each product to its vendor. Then, when the purchase is made, HikaMarket will send a notification email to each vendor for each at least one product is in the order and the notification email will only contain the products related to him. So it's an easy way to do it.

What you want is HikaMarket Multivendor:

So It's not 385€ but 150€. And it's on top of HikaShop Business.
