What to do after renewal of subscription

i just renewd my subscription.. What do i do next? Should i reinstall the software?

There is nothing to do. The fact that the subscription is still active allows you to continue to be able to update your HikaShop on your website when you want to do updates.
If you want to update, you can do it via the Joomla updater, or by installing the install package of the latest version that you can download via the menu My account>My subscriptions on our website.
