carousel categorie display changed

Hi,

I have a question about the carousel after the upgrade to Hikashop 4.2.2. Did you change something?

Before the carousel displays the Head categorie choice "new products" only. But now when you visit any product category the carousel display the products of that category! Is that new in Hikshop?
I have tested on 2 sites, Legacy off and Legacy on, makes no differece.
In the module product display choice in "Relation" is "the same categorie" something else make no changes.
Synchronize On or Off don't make a change.

Please understand that we don't read Dutch, so it's hard for me to check that your settings are all correct on your screenshot.
To me, I would indeed recommend to turn off the "synchronize" option as you don't want that on a "newest products" module.
And no, we didn't change anything regarding the carousel system, and even if we did, it wouldn't impact which products would be displayed by the carousel system.
To me, it's just a module settings issue, and you had that problem before the update, and you just realised after the update because you went and checked for strange things on your website.

all the team is happy with the change of category display in the carousel, so i think we can keep it how it is now and go further. But we are sure that is was not like this before. I just start a backup with Hika 4.2.1 and get the setting in about 1 minute correctly. The carousel display there only the "main category" in its the choiced category.
