Redirect After Payment/Checkout

Hi

I am looking for a way to redirect to a page for a customer feedback form after payment has been completed. What would be the best way to achieve this? Would entering a page URL in the return address of the payment plugin or is there a way to add a piece of code to the thank you page on completion so there is a button asking to complete the feedback form?

Hi,

Both solutions are possible. I suppose it will be easier for you to just enter the URL of the feedback form page in the return URL option. On top of that, if you directly direct them to the form, you'll get a higher percentage of people filling the form that if you had a link there that they have to click on to access it.
