Order of variations in product are not logical

Hi,

The order of variations in product are not logical. It starts with 1-10 singers second is 10-20 but from there it goes to 101-150 singers. This should be the latest in the row followed by 151-200 singers. Can this be fixed?

Hi,

This looks like an alphabetical order.
You must have selected "alphabetic" in the setting "Characteristics values ordering" of the HikaShop configuration.
Instead, select "ordering", and then edit your characteristic. In the values listing on the right side, you'll have an "order" column where you can manually enter the order you want for the values.
Then, your characteristic dropdown will display the values in the order you configured in the characteristic.

It is already set up like this but it has the same ordering in the front end as in the backend. See screenshots.

No, you didn't read properly what I wrote.
You need to select "ordering" in the setting "Characteristics values ordering" of the HikaShop configuration, not "alphabetic".
