Cart is emptied after registration

Hello,

We have an issue with one of our websites that uses Hikashop. When a new user adds items to the cart and then registers in the checkout window the cart will empty itself and turn to zero.

We have read the forums and found out the HikaShop user sync plugin which is already enabled. What are we missing?

This issue was fixed on our end about a month ago.
Download the install package on our website and install it on yours and you'll get the patch for that:
