Import Characteristics "only" from CSV

Is there an easy way to import "only" Characteristics from a CSV file?

Hi,

Characteristics can only be created via the "new" button of the Products>Characteristics menu.
Now, if you go in your PHPMyAdmin and open the hikashop_characteristic table, you can export that table as a CSV, open it with Excel and add new lines with the same structure as the lines already there and then import back the CSV file via the import tool of PHPMyAdmin.
