miss 4 field after update

i have hikashop 4.0.1
after update hikashop to 4.4.0 i miss 4 field in my register page !

i send 2 picture ( before Update and After Updater )
now my question
how i can back this 4 field ( Name , UserName , Password and Password * for match password * )

please help me

Could you provide the URL to that page as I'm not able to find it on your online website ?
(That will allow us to make sure we're talking about the same form)
Also, could you log on your backend in English and provide a screenshot of all the settings under the Checkout tab of the HikaShop configuration (and mainly the settings of the login & registration" section) ?
Could you also provide the full version number written in the first setting of the Hikashop configuration's Main tab ? It includes the "build number" which will help us make sure of which patches you have and which you don't.

Ok, thanks for the extra information.
Download again the install package of the 4.4.0 on our website and install it on yours again. It contains an extra patch you don't have which should help with the situation.
