If you open the order in the backend, you have an area "product list" where you can see each product of the order. There, for each product, you have the download links as administrator if you want to download the files (it won't be counted as a download as you're the admin). And next to the download link, you'll see the date until when the download will be available if you've set a download period, and then the number of downloads.
