default state errors

hello Hikashop Team,
we have an issue to put the registration in a certain order, not sure if is that related to the ID number or what? see attachment, also the state comes empty you can not choose, and finally, the area where you choose the default state has a star and you can not change,

Edit the "address_country" field and select the country you want to be used for the states in the "default" setting.

Make sure that the correct country is selected as default and save it once.
If that doesn't display any state in the state field, then it means that the country zone configured as default in the country field doesn't have any published state zones as sub zones in the menu System>Zones. So please check there.
