Page Navigation

Where could i find settings for the page navigations? I am wanting to display the navigation controls at the top and bottom of the page:

You need to edit the file listing_div of the view product via the menu Display->Views. There, copy the 11 lines near the top which display the pagination to the end of the file and you will get the pagination at the bottom as well.
