Fields not working on Registration Page

Hi Nicolas,

I'm experiencing an issue since upgrading to 1.5.4.

The registration form (when purchasing) doesn't display all my fields correctly as it does in the sign-up page.

See screenshot below, the state field is missing - this is a drop down field.

As mentioned it DOES appear on the sign up form.

If the state dropdown does not appear, it's likely that it's because you have a javascript error on your page:

Thanks Nicolas, I have disabled this field now.
