Product Category page does not link

By clicking on a category under the Product Category page, links to a blank page and does not display the products despite the products having a product category associated with them. Why is this happening?

It's probably because of the way you set the hikashop options of your category listing menu or the hikashop options of the associated module.

If you create a new menu and follow our tutorial on that page it should work though:

OK not sure why its happening but if I set the Menu Item Type to Category Listing, it works fine. HOwever I want the menu to first link to an Single Article and then within this article I have a 'Read More' button configured to link to the Category Listing. Although is hows the categories, clicking on them links to a page with no products?

I'm sorry but I'm not following you. Could you give a link to the pages you're talking about and explain what does not work like you want on which page ?

Go in the menu Display->Content menus.
There, edit your menu.
In the "associated modules" option, you should have a hikashop products listing module enabled. If that's not the case, please do it.
If that's the case, click on the link of your module and do a screenshot of its options so that we can see how you set it up.

I have nothing listed under Content Menus..?

That's your problem then.

How did you create the link "Enter store" ?
That link is not valid.
Please create a joomla menu item of the type hikashop category listing as explained there: www.hikashop.com/en/support/documentatio...html#categories_menu
and then use that menu link for your "Enter store" button.
