Easily change order of characteristics and values

It would be great to have the ability to click and drag or at least change the order via buttons or numbers, the characteristics and values.

Characteristics order can be changed for each products via the ordering column when you edit the product. That has been added in a recent version.
The values are indeed not reorderable easily as they are ordered either by adding order or by alphabetical order when displayed. We'll add that to the todo list.
