How do you fix the billing addree order

Hello,
The billing address that is displayed in the cart is out of order. It is like this:

My Name
13 My Address
Zip Code Town State
Country
telephone.

How do I move the zip code to appear after the state?

You will have to modify the different "address_template" files via the menu Display->Views
