Feature request: popup default_show for Options

Hi Nicolas (et. al.),

I would like Product Options to show as clickable links that open in a modal window. The window could show the option's img, title, description, price, etc., but not the add to cart buttons.

Currently, we put our Options in an unpublished category, so the user cannot see the images and descriptions we entered for them.

Hi,

In you enter the link of a joomla article ( with the parameter &tmpl=component in the link ) in the url field of your option, users will be able to click on the name and see that article in a popup.

So you should already be able to have something quite close to what you want.
