Managinge Variants - new feature request

When configuring products the Manage Variants button does not allowing ordering of the columns.

When there are lots of variants the ability to order the listing by different columns would be useful (e.g. names, values, prices).

Maybe a search / selection feature as well like in Joomla menu, article and extension screens.

The ordering would have to be in the values listing of the edition of the characteristic, not in the variants I think.
You define the ordering once and it's always the same.
That's logical and easier to manage I think.

That's something we have on the todo list actually.
