i wanted to know if i have a responsiv template/layout the component will be ok ?
Namely Is the component will behave according to the template? If for example will be iPhone screen so the component will adapt depending on the format because the format actually wrap it .. Is this true?

Yes the component will behave according to the template, but some things will have to be adapted like products/categories listings to have less columns for mobiles.
You can create for example two menus of categories/products listing and assign one for the mobile and the other one for the computers.
